Policy
All our prices shown on our website include free home delivery anywhere within mainland Britain only. Please note that delivery to postcode prefixes PA, IV and KW will incur an additional charge which will be advised prior to you receiving your order confirmation.
Large items are specially transported by our own logistics team or we sometimes use third party specialist furniture logistics companies and all goods whether delivered by ourselves or by a third party are delivered into your home.
Smaller items may be delivered by third party parcel service companies. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands please provide a mainland GB address (e.g. a shipping port or forwarding address).
Please note that SAS Furniture take no responsibility for goods after delivered at this designated address. Please note that we do not deliver on Bank Holidays however on special occasions we can arrange weekend delivery however please note that there is an additional charge for this service and if you would like to request this delivery service please contact our Customer Care Team who will advise of the costs.
Returns
Policy
We
want you to be delighted with your purchase. Once you
receive your furniture you have fourteen days to decide
whether you wish to return it. If you wish to return your
furniture you can either make your own arrangements or ask
us to make the necessary arrangements for collection. If
would like SAS Furniture to collect your furniture you will
be charged £40 which will be deducted from your refund.
If you decide
to return your furniture please note that all items must be
returned in their original packaging or similar. Items which
are not adequately packaged at the time of collection may
not be collected and a charge of £40 may be charged for cost
of failed collection.
Refunds will
be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we
have inspected the goods for damage. We reserve the right to
withhold all or part of your refund if goods are returned
damaged.
Please note
there is a 50% cancellation/returns fee on selected items of
leather upholstery and sofas unless your order is cancelled
within 1 week. Please note that such items are clearly
marked.
We will only
accept returned mattresses if they are sealed and unopened
in their original packaging. Mattresses which have been
opened and slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test
your mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you
want to keep it.
